I'm thinking that this one must be the one in the will grazier etc in 1811 because it mentions a late sister called Elinor - and this is the only elinor I can find so i will have to think this one through a bit more

This must be the man who was killed after an encounter with a highwayman.

So if he is the one who has the will - i can place most of the nephews and neices, but who are the first three John, Sarah and Mary - all siblings? They don't appear to be any of his siblings children. The only nidd i can find who has a John, a sarah and a Mary all alive in 1811 is the John Nidd who is the sone of Richard a more distant relative.
Something is wrong here and I can't figure it out

bullet  Medical Notes:

In consequence of the wounds he received from a highwayman, about a month since, when returning from Stamford market, aged 67, Mr. Nidd, farmer of Barholm, a good friend to the poor of that place.
